Is this legal if we practise the transfer/re-assign merely similar the FPP License?

Our company is in the process of acquiring Microsoft License. Upon reading some articles and forum, Volume License is not-transferrable and it is like an OEM license where the license Live and Dies on that device in which I think this is not fair for us when a pc unexpectedly crashes due to hardware failure, nosotros cannot re-use or transfer the license to another device.

Its really transferable, with a caveat, your agreement needs to accept active software balls to do so. If not, and then every bit you say, it is non transferable or tin exist re-assigned.

Its actually transferable, with a caveat, your agreement needs to have active software assurance to do and then. If non, so as y'all say, information technology is not transferable or tin can exist re-assigned.
